I request my readers who do not know much about Yoga, not to consider it as just another form of 'Work out'. Yoga by itself is a way of living. A way of living for the benefit of you ; your family and children and the society as a whole in which you live. Thus it is for the whole mankind.
It's just not a philosophy I give you to laugh it out. Be pleasant, be moderate in your desires for the earthly things. Be moderate in your food also. What's the benefit in having all earthly pleasures but no health to enjoy all those? Be contended with whatever your have and never yearn to amass more.
I know very much that you follow me. If you are a youth with full of ardour and have enough money, interested in taking workout with machines, I am not against you. Have it and afterward drink a lot of water to cool your body. Then take moderate breakfast. Workout alone won't save you. Evolve a moderate diet pattern. These two combined together will give the required effect.
Sun Salutation is a balanced exercise that gives exercise to all your body parts. The asana has a number of advantages which I have out lined elsewhere in my blog. This asana combined with a systematic diet pattern is very sure to give anybody good health, vigor and longevity besides reducing over weight. No more overspending, sweating and struggle.
